ODP Rates Update for 2024: What You Need to Know

As the new fiscal year approaches, the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) has announced significant updates to its fee schedule rates. Effective October 1, 2024, new rates will be in place for services funded through the Consolidated, Community Living, Person/Family Directed Support (P/FDS), and Adult Autism Waivers. • Old Rate: $30.84/hour

• New Rate: $33.32/hour

• Increase: 8.04%

• Dollar Increase: +$2.48/hour

In-Home and Community Supports (2:1 Enhanced)

• Procedure Code: W7069

• Old Rate: $94.96/hour

• New Rate: $102.56/hour

• Increase: 8.00%

• Dollar Increase: +$7.60/hour

Shift Nursing – RN (1:1)

• Procedure Code: T2025

• Old Rate: $76.28/hour

• New Rate: $82.40/hour

• Increase: 8.02%

• Dollar Increase: +$6.12/hour

Shift Nursing – LPN (1:1)

• Procedure Code: T2025

• Old Rate: $55.08/hour

• New Rate: $59.48/hour

• Increase: 7.99%

• Dollar Increase: +$4.40/hour
